1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for Cannoli Tubes, French Bread Pans, and Pullman Loaf Pans under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used or altered in any way are not eligible for a return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@movrin.xyz. We will request photos of the damage or defect, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue by offering:
- A full refund.
- A replacement item, if available.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable).
- Items that have been opened or used (unless defective).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and a Return Authorization Number.
- Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it to the address provided. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
8. International Returns
